As part of a newly structured HR setup, you will be part of our local HR team at our offices at Lysaker.
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a dedicated HR professional who enjoys working with a wide variety of HR-related tasks. To thrive in this role, we believe that you find motivation in helping others, being proactive, as well as being able to balance day-to-day tasks with ad-hoc requests.

Main responsibilities
- Support hiring managers with recruitment processes by planning recruitment needs, building requirement profiles, interviewing, tests and assessments, and recruitment advisory.
- Support and build trusted relationships with local management.
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle and support with all people-related initiatives.
- Managing employee relations, including sickness, other absences, grievance and disciplinary cases.
- Graduate programme: travel to schools and promote the programme, and assist with the recruitment process.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business administration, or related field is strongly preferred
- Minimum three years’ experience in HR positions.
- Experience and proven results in the recruitment area.
- Knowledge and experience with using HR systems (We are using Workday).
- Working knowledge of Norwegian labor laws and employment agreements is advantageous.
- Strong relationship builder with stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
