About Us

Joining the newly formed Digital Supply Chain Solutions business unit, we believe you’ll help us create that edge and bring our industry into a new digital age.
What we're looking for
As a Product Manager for our new E2E CO2 Emissions product, you will be responsible for driving the product discovery, definition and development to create a world-class digital product for emission control within Finished Vehicle Logistics. We are looking for someone eager to learn and direct sustainability & emission reduction agenda in our supply chain world.
In our team, you will be an integral part of creating the product culture and establishing ways of working to ensure we’re developing well as a unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from end to end.
- Manage, develop, and nurture a cross-functional team.
- Establish and manage an outcome-based product roadmap and align the product features and capabilities with the business teams to meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with customers, users, partners, the DSCS management team, and other key stakeholders to capture feedback, understand business needs, and translate their vision into action.
- Communicate the value of the product(s) to stakeholders by showcasing and demonstrating its capabilities and features, effectively selling the idea and driving interest and engagement.
- Understand market conditions and competitive landscape.
Some traveling will be needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Product Management, preferably working in a B2B context.
- Experience and/or great interest in working with sustainability & emission reduction products.
- Experience within the supply chain, transportation, automotive or logistics industry.
- Great understanding of customers’ and users’ needs and ability to communicate with them well.
- Ability to identify and discuss both the big picture and the necessary details to bring ideas to fruition.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using analytics tools to inform product strategies.
- Education within relevant fields is preferable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
On a personal level, we think you can be described as self-motivated, excited to make an impact and a great communicator who can speak to and influence others across cultures and levels.
At Wallenius Wihelmsen, we're not just looking for a perfect requirement match - we're searching for passionate individuals with unique perspectives. Research shows that women and members of minority groups are less likely to apply if they feel like they don't match every requirement - give us the opportunity to decide if that's the case! Your experience and enthusiasm matter more than checking every box, and we'd love to get you on board!
Why should you apply?
- Terms and compensation at a competitive level, standardized across the organization.
- Premium health and group life insurance, including access to online medical services.
- Great pension scheme.
- An opportunity to be a key influence on how our products should look moving forward.
